Want to get more involved in the PTO? We need you!

The PTO will have positions available on the executive board for the 2026-2027 school year. Each position is a two-year term and would require attendance at regular meetings over the summer and throughout the school year.

Fundraising Coordinator: is responsible for planning/organizing all of our fundraising throughout the year with the help of a team of parent volunteers. These include the annual large fundraiser, the Badger Bash, monthly Badger Bite Nights and small fundraisers throughout the year such as Original Artworks, Raise Right and apparel. 

Vice President: work closely with the President and other board members on the annual budget, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, Facebook, website, PTO sponsored events and school activities. This volunteer would eventually assume the role of President once the current President's terms are completed. 

If you are interested, please complete the Google form by January 25th, and the PTO will announce their decisions soon!

Thank you to everyone who signed up and donated to our Staff Support Secret Santa exchange again this year! The PTO appreciates you helping to make the holidays special for the support staff members at Pine Creek!!

The PTO is excited to sponsor One Book, One School again this year! The book chosen is The One and Only Ivan and after reading it as a school we will watch it together on our new inflatable screen!!

Reading together as a school will begin on January 20th and end on February 6th. Watch for your family's copy to come home soon!!

Planning for Staff Appreciation Week starts now! The PTO is looking for volunteers to help plan, coordinate and help with activities throughout this special week for our Pine Creek staff!

If you would like to help, please join us for our first planning meeting on Wednesday, January 14th at 6:30 pm in the Pine Creek library.

Classroom Valentine's parties will be held on February 16th at 2 pm this year. Watch for how you can help plan or donate to the class party coming from your room parent coordinator soon!

Reminder, any parent volunteering to help at the class party needs to have a volunteer application completed on file with the district. If you have not completed one yet, visit Bennington Public Schools - Volunteer Procedures for more information.

The PTO is looking for a staff birthday coordinator for next school year! 

This volunteer would shop for staff using their favorites list and put together a gift for their birthday, all gifts and materials provided by the PTO!

Want to volunteer but can't make it during work hours? The PTO is looking for help during our Parent Work Night events. We assist staff with cutting, sorting, laminating, and stapling items needed for their classroom every third Monday of the month at 6:30 pm!!

Thank you to all of our room coordinators and parent volunteers for making the winter party so much fun this year!! Students had a blast playing games, eating snacks and enjoying gross facts courtesy of the Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo's Grossology assembly!!

The January Badger Bite Night will be on Thursday, January 15th from 3-9 pm at Jimmy John's off of 156th & State! A portion of sales comes back to the PTO!

Thank you to everyone who joined us at Scooter's in December!! All funds raised go directly back to the book vending machine! 

So far this year we have raised $414 for the book vending machine! Thank you, Pine Creek families!!
